Stop doing that thing that is holding what you want away from you

You think that you have to work hard to get what you want. You think you have to figure out what went wrong and fix it.

And this is all that you have to do: stop doing that thing you do that is holding what you want away from you. And how do you know when you’re doing that thing that you do that holds what you want away from you? …you don’t feel good.

So when you don’t feel good, what’s a good plan of action? Do anything that you can think of that will make you feel better.
