Every moment is teaching you. Every moment is showing you how you are expressing your divine light (you’re in flow) or how you are suppressing it (you’re in judgment - there is a belief of lack, limitation and separation that has been reflected back to you).
If you can be enthusiastic about the moment, regardless of what it is showing you, then you will be able to move up in frequency much faster.
So if you are feeling stuck, this will help you to also gain some movement very quickly.
