Does being skilled at astral projection make dying easier? If so, is it because you know how to expand beyond the physical body from a conscious state?
Yes, because you have become used to the idea of being non-physical, being beyond the body.
Therefore, the transition from physical to non-physical is something that becomes familiar to you through astral projection, out of body travel. And there is no longer, once you have that experience in general, any concern about the idea of whether or not your consciousness continues after physical death.
