So here’s the most important thing. Say to yourself, often, “I’m going to offer a vibration, apart from what I’m observing.”
Here’s a better way of saying it, “I’m not going to observe and then offer a vibration. I’m going to offer a vibration and see what it turns up for me to observe. I’m going to get out ahead of it. I’m going to get into a good feeling place and then…”
So what you’ll begin to notice, you’ll get into a good feeling place and that will last for a while, but then your observation will take over and then it won’t feel so good.
You’ll say, “Today, I made it for a whole hour before my observation started taking over.”
And then after a while, you’ll get so good that even your observation will be influenced by your alignment.
