From your perspective, what is happening to an individual’s system when they’re practising Tai Chi?

And I guess Zhan Zhuang would fall in the same category?
As for me, for the past two months I’ve been rigorously practicing Zhan Zhuang nearly every day - and I can definitely feel the difference on the days I do it as opposed to the ones when I skip it. Also, while practicing it I can definitely feel the energy flowing through me - which is a big thing for me, as lately I’m pretty much struggling to reach high vibrations, but this seems to help me at least temporary.
In my view, Tai Chi and Zhan Zhuang are both subsets of the broader category of Qi Gong, and I would say that Bashar’s explanation applies generally to Qi Gong exercises.
My friendly neighborhood ChatGPT defines Qi Gong as…
Qigong (pronounced “chee-gong”) is a holistic system of coordinated body posture, movement, breathing, and meditation used for the purpose of promoting health, spirituality, and martial arts training. It is an ancient Chinese practice that combines physical exercises, controlled breathing, and meditation techniques to cultivate and balance the body’s vital energy, often referred to as “qi” or “chi.”
