Abraham's new 'Breath Process' to help you feel better

Something’s happening. Maybe you have discomfort in your body. Maybe it’s an emotional discomfort. Maybe you are embarrassed, or your heart is hurting over something.

So here’s the question to ask yourself…

Quiet your mind by focusing on your breathing. Take three or four breaths.

And now ask yourself…

Do I feel a little better?
Do I feel a little worse?
Or do I feel the same?

Then do it again. And then,

Do I feel a little better?
Do I feel a little worse?
Or do I feel the same?

And then do it again.

Do I feel a little better?
Do I feel a little worse?
Or do I feel the same?

It is our absolute promise to you that if you will try this - doing the three or four-breath process 10 times at least - you will unequivocally be able to announce to yourself, “I feel a little better. I feel a little better.”
