Don't beat yourself up when you're not in the flow

If you’re not in flow, you can put yourself back in it just by stopping and observing where you are.

Don’t beat yourself up because you weren’t in flow.

The fact that you recognize when you’re not in flow is a success so give yourself credit for recognizing “Oh, I was running some fear programs there, and now I have the power within me to shift to a new frequency”.

And have gratitude for that and focus on that, as a strength not as something that you have to berate yourself for not staying in.

So, celebrate the success of acknowledgement.
