Don't label yourself when you have a chronic condition

When you’ve had a chronic condition, don’t continue to label yourself: "I have this condition. I have that condition. I have this one."

Be very careful of the labels because the more you hold them, the more that will be your reality.

So continue to go back to seeing your body as divinely perfect and being able to clear out anything that is not a vibrational match, that doesn’t belong there. And keep putting yourself in higher and higher vibrational states.

Imagine holding higher vibrational states more often as you go through your day.

We know when you’re not well, it can be very challenging when you really don’t feel physically well, to start imagining feeling better.

But it is that imagining that cues the body to put itself in a different chemical state. You’re not in fight or flight. You’re not in a vibrational state where the body is creating a lot of cortisol, a lot of stress hormones, a lot of adrenaline, a lot of things that will not help the body in terms of healing.

So the more often you can come back to a space of gratitude and compassion and appreciation, that is going to create different chemicals in the body which will support the health and well-being of the body
