If you’re blaming anybody else, even in the slightest bit, for how you feel in any moment, you’re lost. You’re focused in opposition to anything that can help you as long as you’re looking at another person to do something different so that you can feel better.
Because while you might be able to control them at times, harass them enough, cajole them, pout enough, whine enough, cry enough, demand enough to change their behavior - if they’re changing their behavior because of your bottom half of the [emotional guidance] scale demands, you don’t really believe it.
You think they’re manipulating you still. You just can’t get there from there. You’ve got to calibrate to your energy stream.
