Every time you create a challenge or anything that you create, honestly, whether it’s a success or a challenge, you create the polar opposite.
There are two sides of the coin. So you don’t create a side, you create the entire coin which means you create two sides in two different frequency ranges.
So, depending on where your level of consciousness is in any given moment, you might create that incident with both sides of the coin, one low (the suppression of energy) or one high (the expression of energy) and you may be in alignment with the expression of energy and you’re just in flow.
Things are happening. It’s great. And you’ve never really stopped to think about it.
It’s only when things aren’t flowing, it doesn’t feel good, that you all recognize that you’re out of flow and there may be some tweaks to happen.
But the thing is that when you’re in that lower resonance and you put yourself in the heart-centered space, you get those ideas and put yourself in resonance with that solution.
When you are in resonance with the solution and that is your initial creation, you don’t really think about the fact that you also created a challenge. You did, but you just didn’t need to experience it. You were attuned to the higher expression.
So, it’s not only when you create challenges that you create the solution. It does work both ways.
