I wonder what it would be like to feel happy

You don’t have to say “I am happy.” You can say "What would it be like to be happy?"

Because for many of you, if you use an “I am” statement, it can trigger some of your programming so that your ego says, “Oh, yeah, well, that would be great. But I’m not really happy. I’m not happy with this, I’m not happy with that.”

And then the mind is off in a story.

So if you say “I wonder what it would be like to feel happy”, the ego isn’t triggered but you’re still accessing that same frequency.

This is similar to the the gridwork questions (for emotions) and the first part of QED approach (for desires). Time to revisit the Question Everything webinar. Great vibrational match!
