Could you give me a simple technique by which I could, in a sense, question myself to investigate between my anxiety and excitement?
It’s always:
Why do I believe what I believe to be true?
If I do this, what am I afraid might happen?
Am I afraid something will happen if I do move forward in this direction?
And if so, why am I afraid? Why do I believe that that will happen?
So it’s a matter of asking yourself why do you believe what you believe when you discover what it is you do believe about whether or not you have a fear of moving forward in a certain direction that might represent your excitement.
